01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the bbb44 platform, accessible at bbb44.io and any associated mobile or browser-based interfaces. By completing the registration process, logging in to your bbb44 account, or otherwise accessing any feature of the platform, you accept these Terms unconditionally and in full.

bbb44 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bbb44 will notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-platform notice. Your continued use of the bbb44 platform following notification of a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The version of these Terms displayed on the bbb44 website at any given time is the version currently in force.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the bbb44 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and bbb44.

02 Eligibility

Access to the bbb44 platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are aged 21 years or older. bbb44 applies a minimum age of 21, which is more restrictive than the general legal adult age in Bangladesh, in order to provide an additional layer of protection for younger adults.
• You are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is not explicitly prohibited for individual users.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee or contractor of bbb44 or any of its affiliated software providers, payment processors, or marketing partners.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as a representative or agent of any third party.
• You have not previously had a bbb44 account closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

bbb44 reserves the right to request eligibility verification documents at any point during the lifetime of a player account, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, and following any unusual account activity. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested by bbb44 will result in account restriction until compliance is achieved.

03 Account Registration and Security

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bbb44 platform at any time. Opening, operating, or benefiting from more than one account — whether under your own name or another person's identity — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them. bbb44 uses device fingerprinting, IP analysis, and identity document cross-referencing to detect duplicate accounts.

3.2 Account Information Accuracy

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your bbb44 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration or KYC process. You must keep this information up to date. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of the registration or verification process is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bbb44 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances. bbb44 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS on your account. You must notify bbb44 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. bbb44 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

3.4 Account Closure by Player

You may request the closure of your bbb44 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Account closure requests are processed within five business days. Any pending withdrawals will be paid to the verified payment method on file before the account is closed. Accounts subject to active bonus wagering requirements may have associated bonus balances forfeited upon closure at the player's request.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bbb44 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay , Dutch-Bangla Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbb44 does not charge any processing fees on deposits or withdrawals made through local mobile banking channels.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount at bbb44 is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though individual payment providers may impose their own transaction limits. Players who wish to deposit amounts above standard channel thresholds should contact the bbb44 support team at [email protected] for assistance. Deposits are credited to your bbb44 account balance instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals at bbb44 are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account, subject to KYC verification being complete. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 to 72 hours under normal operating conditions. Withdrawals requested during Bangladeshi public holidays may experience additional processing time. bbb44 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

4.4 Currency and Exchange

All balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on the bbb44 platform are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). bbb44 does not operate multi-currency accounts. Players are not exposed to foreign exchange risk when depositing or withdrawing through local payment channels.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players who register a verified bbb44 account and make their first qualifying deposit are eligible for the bbb44 welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to specific wagering requirements, minimum deposit conditions, eligible game restrictions, and time limits that are published on the relevant promotion page at the time the bonus is claimed. Players must read and accept the specific bonus terms before opting in.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses credited to a bbb44 account are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise. Wagering requirements specify the total amount a player must wager using bonus funds (and in some cases the combined deposit and bonus amount) before any winnings derived from bonus play can be withdrawn. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

bbb44 operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate cancellation of all bonus balances and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the welcome bonus more than once.
• Using low-risk betting strategies (e.g., betting on both outcomes simultaneously) to artificially complete wagering requirements without genuine risk.
• Coordinating with other players or using automated software to exploit bonus terms.
• Providing false information during registration to qualify for promotions.

5.4 Promotional Changes

bbb44 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions that materially affect players already participating will be communicated with reasonable notice. Seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms and conditions.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

All casino games available on the bbb44 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNGs) independently tested and verified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Game results on the bbb44 platform are genuinely random and cannot be predicted, influenced, or manipulated by bbb44, any software provider, or any player.

Each game available on the bbb44 platform is governed by its own individual game rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before wagering real money. Ignorance of game rules does not constitute grounds for a refund or reversal of a settled bet or game result.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, bbb44 will endeavour to resolve the issue and restore the game to its last confirmed state where technically possible. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the stake for the affected round will be returned to the player's account balance. bbb44's decision in all matters relating to technical faults and game disputes is final.

Sports betting markets and odds are set by bbb44 at its discretion. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event as recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play bets accepted after an event outcome has already been determined due to a system delay will be voided and the stake returned.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bbb44 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any bug or error must be reported to [email protected] immediately. Any winnings derived from a known or exploited bug are invalid and will be reversed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of organised fraud against the platform or other players.
• Attempting to access the bbb44 platform or other players' accounts through unauthorised means, including hacking, phishing, or social engineering.
• Using the bbb44 platform for money laundering, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without meaningful play.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bbb44 support staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or location when registering or during any KYC or verification process.

08 Account Suspension and Termination

bbb44 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account suspension or termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback or disputed transaction from a payment provider.
• Account inactivity for a continuous period exceeding 12 months (dormant account policy).
• Player self-exclusion request submitted under the bbb44 Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, bbb44 will notify the account holder via the registered email address and provide reasonable opportunity to respond before a final determination is made, except where doing so would compromise the integrity of an ongoing investigation or where the breach is immediately apparent.

09 Privacy and Data Protection

bbb44 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at bbb44.io/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bbb44 Privacy Policy in full.

bbb44 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the bbb44 platform. Personal data stored by bbb44 is held on secured servers with access restricted to authorised personnel only. bbb44 does not sell, rent, or otherwise share personal player data with third parties for commercial marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies as required to operate the platform and meet applicable legal obligations.

10 Responsible Gaming

All content on the bbb44 platform — including but not limited to the bbb44 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of bbb44 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bbb44 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the bbb44 platform or its content without the express prior written consent of bbb44. Unauthorised use of any bbb44 intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbb44 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the bbb44 platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of business opportunity.

bbb44's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bbb44 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform and shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical faults, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, or any other circumstances outside bbb44's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

13 Amendments to These Terms

bbb44 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Notice of material amendments will be provided to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent in-platform notification at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal or regulatory compliance reasons.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are aware of the current version. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bbb44 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Governing Language

These Terms & Conditions are written in English, which is the official language of the bbb44 platform and the language that governs the legal relationship between bbb44 and all registered players. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity, or discrepancy between this English version of the Terms and any translation or summary provided for informational purposes, the English language version shall prevail in all circumstances.
